"Good location, with supermarket/bakery just across the road. But quite far from Lyon center. Comfortable room, nice garden, small swimming pool. But, the key cards kept getting errors, we had to ask reception to reset numerous times, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. Also, the cleaners didn't always care that we put do not disturb sign on the door. They still came in anyway, which woke me up! Though they left quickly, I wasn't able to get back to..."

"We, a family of four, had a very pleasant one night stay at this Novotel hotel. The check-in was smooth and the people at the desk were very friendly.The room was comfortable and spacious enough for the 4 of us. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant and also breakfast in the morning was good. Plus, it was great fun playing table tennis and table football with the children.
